The Sushi is a 57’ Island Boat Works. Custom built in North Carolina she is equipped with twin 1650 hp Cat’s, giving her an impressive soft cruise of 30 knots and a top speed of 45 knots optimizing your time spent fishing. After a brisk 2 hour morning ride you will be on the fishing grounds targeting Tuna, Marlin, Swordfish, Dolphin fish and Wahoo. We accommodate up to 6 anglers fishing in comfort and have reclining leather chairs in the saloon to rest and put your feet up.
Trolling, Chunking, Jigging, Kite Fishing, and Green Stick are the primary fishing techniques used on the Sushi. Our experienced crew will assist you with choosing the right technique for the type of fish you want to catch, and provide you with top-of-the-line tackle and equipment to ensure a successful and enjoyable fishing experience.
The Sushi is child friendly for kids over the age of 7 years. Our crew is experienced in accommodating families and children, and will ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all.
