Schedule Sea - Ocean City Offshore Fishing Charters
Fish offshore aboard the Schedule Sea, a 45 ft Custom Carolina sportfisher. She fishes two home ports each season: Cape Hatteras, North Carolina in May and June, then Ocean City, Maryland from late June through late September. This is big-water fishing: long runs to the canyon and Gulf Stream edges, where warm, blue water pushes in and the pelagic fish follow.
In Ocean City our season runs late June through late September, with peak marlin and tuna action in August and September. We target white and blue marlin, tuna, wahoo, and dolphin (mahi). For May and June in North Carolina, see Schedule Sea in Cape Hatteras below.

Schedule Sea in Cape Hatteras, North Carolina - May and June
In May and June the Schedule Sea is based in Cape Hatteras, North Carolina, running offshore charters on the Gulf Stream, and those trips can be booked now. Hatteras in late spring is prime fishing: blue marlin arriving, tuna, wahoo, and dolphin (mahi), with a short run to deep water.
Trips offered in North Carolina
- Cape Hatteras offshore charters - Gulf Stream fishing through May and June.
- Tournament charters - we fish tournaments, including the Big Rock Blue Marlin Tournament out of Morehead City. Call or message us to inquire.
Right after the Big Rock, the Schedule Sea returns to Ocean City, Maryland for the summer season. There are no North Carolina charters after the tournament, so book the May-June window while the boat is in Hatteras.

Shore Thing - Ocean City Inshore Fishing Charters
For a shorter trip close to home, step aboard Shore Thing, our 23 ft Tideline (2005), built in Cape Hatteras, North Carolina. She is a family-friendly inshore boat carrying up to 4 passengers. With a maximum of four, the boat stays uncrowded and personal, and everyone gets the captain's attention.
Shore Thing departs from the Ocean City boat ramp in West Ocean City and fishes from May through late September. Inshore trips target sea bass, striped bass, flounder, bluefish, sheepshead, cobia, Spanish mackerel, and black and red drum.
Whether it is a first fishing trip for the kids or a morning chasing flounder, this is the easy way to get on the water in Ocean City.
